  • Step 1 — Initial Assessment

    We begin with a comprehensive intake reviewing your health history, lifestyle habits, training background, and current goals. If bloodwork is not already available, we will guide you on which labs to obtain to establish a baseline.

    Step 2 — Data Analysis

    Once lab work and intake information are reviewed, we evaluate key markers related to hormones, metabolic health, inflammation, digestion, and recovery.

    Step 3 — Personalized Protocol

    Based on your results, we develop a structured plan that may include adjustments to nutrition, training, lifestyle habits, supplementation, and recovery strategies designed to support optimal function.

    Step 4 — Implementation & Monitoring

    Throughout the program we monitor progress through weekly coaching check-ins while tracking improvements in performance, recovery, and overall health.

    Step 5 — Follow-Up Labs & Optimization

    Follow-up labs are completed at recommended intervals to evaluate progress and refine protocols, ensuring your program continues moving toward optimal health and performance.

  • Functional Health Optimization requires a 6-month minimum commitment to allow sufficient time to assess health markers, implement protocols, and measure meaningful progress.

    Because this program is data-driven, clients are expected to complete bloodwork at recommended intervals to properly monitor and adjust their plan.

    Clients who are not interested in completing labs or following health protocols may be better suited for our Lifestyle Coaching program, which focuses on training, nutrition, and accountability without the functional health component.
