Your program is built around you — so there’s no required list of equipment. If you train in a gym, we’ll design a program that maximizes what’s available to you. If you train at home, we’ll use whatever you have — whether that’s dumbbells, resistance bands, or just bodyweight.
Not at all! Many clients train successfully from home. That said, if your goal is muscle building or competition prep, access to a gym can help with exercise variety and progressive overload. We’ll discuss your setup during onboarding so I can tailor your plan for the best results — gym or no gym.

“Macros” (short for macronutrients) are the nutrients your body needs in larger amounts — protein, carbohydrates, and fats. Each plays a key role in fueling your body, building muscle, supporting recovery, and balancing hormones.
You’ll receive custom daily macro targets based on your goals. You’ll track your food using a free app like MyFitnessPal or MacrosFirst, which helps you log meals and see how they align with your targets. Don’t worry if you’ve never tracked before — we’ll teach you how to read labels, log accurately, and make it feel simple and sustainable.

Check-ins are done weekly. You’ll submit progress photos, metrics, and feedback, and we’ll review everything to make any needed adjustments to your plan. It’s not just a form — it’s a conversation designed to help you grow.

All nutrition plans are tailored to you. Whether you’re a lifestyle client or a competition athlete, your plan will always reflect your personal needs, and any dietary restrictions or allergies.
For lifestyle clients, that means you can still enjoy flexibility while hitting your goals — gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, or anything in between. We’ll make sure your macros are balanced and your meals are realistic for your day-to-day life.
For competition prep clients, nutrition becomes more structured, but still completely customized to how your body responds best. If certain foods don’t digest well or cause inflammation, we’ll create an alternative approach to keep your digestion, energy, and physique in peak condition throughout prep.

Lifestyle Coaching is focused on helping you look and feel your best — improving your physique, relationship with food, energy, and confidence while still living a balanced life. You’ll learn how to fuel your body, train effectively, and build habits that last long-term — whether your goal is fat loss, muscle building, or overall wellness.
Competition Prep Coaching is a more advanced, structured program designed for athletes preparing to step on stage. Every detail — training, nutrition, posing, cardio, and peak week — is strategically planned to bring your best possible physique to competition day. It requires a higher level of precision, discipline, and time commitment, but you’ll have full guidance and support through every phase (prep, show day, and post-show reverse).
Both programs are fully customized — the main difference is your goal. Lifestyle coaching builds balance and confidence in daily life, while competition prep is about chasing your next stage-ready milestone.
