I’ve been helping people achieve their fitness goals since 2014 — and founded Prestige Physiques in 2015 to bring together my passion for training, nutrition, and coaching excellence. As a former college athlete and bodybuilding champion, fitness has always been at the core of who I am. Over the years, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others transform their bodies, minds, and lives through sustainable, science-driven coaching.

I’ve had the privilege of working with bodybuilders, bikini athletes, professional competitors, and busy parents alike. No matter the goal or lifestyle, I believe everyone deserves a program that fits their life — not the other way around. My love for health and performance began the moment I stepped into a gym, and it led me to pursue two degrees from Arkansas Tech University, along with more than 50 advanced courses in blood work, gut health, and functional wellness.

Functional health is a key pillar of my coaching philosophy. I’ve helped clients restore balance, come off medications, correct lab work, and regain control of their health — and I take great pride in seeing people truly thrive again.

In the competitive space, I’ve coached thousands of athletes to success, producing over 300 overall NPC champions, more than 35 IFBB professionals, and earning 25 coaching awards along the way. Prestige Physiques has become one of the most respected and successful teams in the industry — built on results, education, and trust.

Beyond the stage, I work with lifestyle clients from all walks of life — from busy parents to professionals — helping them reclaim their confidence and find balance through fitness. No matter where you’re starting, there’s always a way forward.
